Outpatient Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counseling

A thorough evaluation is performed to determine if substance use disorder treatment is recommended. A psychosocial history is completed which examines a patient’s alcohol and other drug use, family and relationships, medical and mental health history, educational and occupational functioning and social and legal status. Random monitored urine toxicology screens and blood alcohol testing may be conducted as well as hair follicle testing.
